I'm posting to inform you all about the Kayak Fishing Derby here in Santa Cruz this coming Sept 8th. Biggest edible fish wins.
Our local kayak store has sponsored two derbys that I've fished in ( I didn't win either one, maybe this time). We'd love to see more kayak fisherman join us. porceeds go to "Shared Adventures" where disabled folk enjoy sports like kayaking, surfing, scuba, etc.
Grand prize has been a NEW KAYAK, SOT for fishing. I'm unsure what this derby grand prize is, but think it will be the same.
