Barnicle Bill's bait and tackle in Lemon Grove is under new mgt. The new owner is named Bill(fittingly) and is aka The Fishing Musician, look out Adam!! He hand pours his own plastics and has some great colors. I'm anxious to try a glow in the dark squid that he swears just kills 'em, and a metallic white and brown swimbait that he's had much success with for WSB. He also has bait for the freshwater angler. Check him out on Broadway in Lemon Grove, one block east of Massachusetts Blvd.
