Jas what is your experience?
If you want to stand in your boat to sight cast- the simplest way is with SeaWing's- sponsons.
(I seem to post this picture about every 2 months now :)
I personally don't use them to stand in my boat and sight cast but I could if I wanted too and that was how I wanted to fish.
I also race my Pamlico and if I swamp my boat in deep water it's how I do a self rescue- to pump out the boat.
What I really like the sponsons for is when I go to my sister's at LkTravis- I put them on the boat and I can stand and dive out of the boat in deep water and climb back in without getting any water in the boat. It turns my boat into a great swimming platform.
You put a couple of breaths in each bag- slip one bag under the boat- clip the 4 straps- put about 4 more breaths in each bag to fill them up and your done. It takes about 2 minutes.
