Kayak for Fishing(Any Ideas??)

I currently own a 18 foot bay boat and I'm looking into purchasing a kayak strictly for fishing. Does anyone have an ideas on which brand is best?

I have looked at the Cobra's and Dagger's on the net and have done some research on other brands. I personally don't like the sit on yak's, but I've never fished off of a yak to this day, so I'm not sure which type would be best for fishing.

Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.
