Ted submitted a follow up to his factory style install of flush mount rod holders. His follow up focuses on sealing the flush mounts which usually come open bottom. You'll find those in the "Equipment & Geard" section

Jerry Esten submitted a great fishing tips page called "Tip n' Tricks for All Ocean Anglers. You can find Jerry's tips in the "Tackle n' Tips" section.
