I half to agreed with everything said below. I too am eyeing the new prowler. i predict it will be the boat of choice for us kayak fisherman. what i like about it is the upswept bow. definately going to be easier to paddle and hopefully easier to land.
: I don't know anything about the Tourer but I fish the OK Scupper Pro TW. I have a lot more confidence in it after this weekend fishing La Bufadora. Conditions were horrible! Big swell, lots of wind and fog. I fished very comfortably though. Paddled through the sloppy stuff easily and felt very stable when fishing. I'm able to reach the front hatch easily and prefer to sit sideways when fishing. Very easy to reach everything on the scupper this way. I'd definitely recommend the boat. I'd have to say though, the new Prowler coming out has my attention. Seems like a bigger version of the Scupper.
