there was one used. i dont remember if it was a stearns, but once it was inflated they put ice and drinks in it to keep them cold.
my advice... save up. you have all winter to do it. then come spring you'll get the yak you really want, with a thule roof rack for the car, and you wont be disappointed with yourself for spending money for an inflatable that you couldve used towards a hard kayak.
