I think Dr Love is right on, he has many photos depicting the abundance of life around man made structures.
The environmentalists would go nuts if they had to agree with an oil company, even if it was in their best interest.
Dr Love by the way, grew up in Santa Monica and fished many of the places we do and has a great love (no pun intended) for sea life and fishing.
I know several young men who profess to hate him since he seeks protection for some species. These guys are young dudes who would catch anything that swims and toss it away if not to their liking.
We all know that things are not as they once were, I see fish targetd that we would not even have considered.
