They might know. I'm sure there aren't any explosives involved. I have only seen them used a few times, about the size of an M80-M100, waterproof fuse, light it, they sink and go boom to scare away the seal about to eat your yellowtail. They are explosives, sorry Jas, and I dont know how or where to get them, North of the boarder. TL Rhino
