Macks are real good slow trolled. So are Rapala CD14s and other like lures. Fishtrap 6" swimbaits tipped with a strip of squid have worked well for me. Rhyno has a rig where he puts a bunch of anchovies on a circle hook (slow trolling).

Find the bait and you'll find them if they're in town. Watch for birds and check for bait schools on the sonar.
