One of these places may be the restaurant my wife ate at since she thinks it was somewhere in the La Jolla area. I really appreciate the information since I am new to Cal coast and dont know SD or La Jolla areas at all. Doubt I will be on the water this trip since I will have a group of family with me (escaping the snow in Michigan) but will make it down later to try out more of the places you suggested and catch some fish!
