If you need a quick fix and don't want to shell out a bunch of cash, I saw wetsuits at Costco the other day. They all have short arms and short legs. I have an Oneil wetsuit just like this. When it is cold I wear lightweight nylon jogging warm-up pants. They dry pretty quickly. Make sure your PDF is on if you are wearing loose pants like this.
I really have to get off my duff and buy a farmer john suit. There is a link on the page to NRS if you are ready to buy a suit and skip the Costco rout. The one thing that sucks about my suit is that in the summer the top part of the suit is too hot. It's great for surf launching, but after that I have to peel it down to the waist and pull out a longsleeve cotton shirt.
