Rebel Spoonbills can be hard to find sometimes. Gene Kira,(the Baja editor for Western Outdoor News) has a web site called Baja Destinations.com He has alot of interesting things on there. One of them being the fish i.d. for just about every fish in Baja with real pictures. Most fish i.d.'s are crappy black and white sketches that are hard to make out. He has Rebel lures and a couple of others that he has used to catch tons of fish in Baja and San Diego waters. His prices for lures are pretty good. Check out the storys on the toutuaba.
