The Pro Explorer from Malibu Kayaks has all of those things that you mentioned. It would be worth a look. I got mine back In December and love it. There is a link at the top of the page for Malibu Kayaks. Also check out Jason's review of the Pro Explorer in the Product reviews section. There are lots of good kayaks out there so try a bunch and compare them.
