I too have a 2000 Honda Accord sedan and put both of my Pro Explorers on my Thule rack on saddles. To accomplish this I used 65" bars. This works great for me and I have a very solid fit, the overhang is mimimal and it looks so cool with two "bad ass" kayaks siting side by side on top of my Honda.
With all the "necessary" items inside my yak, I didn't want to put them on their side to use the stacker.
You can find Thule wherever you find Yakima. I hope this helps. Places to purchase them are Sports Chalet, Sportmart and REI.
