I would say a good bet starting South is Leo Carillo, County Line (Deep Hole), Arco Island. I know some people fish around the beaches and breakwaters near Channel Islands and Ventura Harbors. Keep your eye on Arco Island. WSB and salmon "should" be making some good appearances shortly. Keep your eye on the reports.
