bait tank pump?

i'm a bit confused as to what kind of pump i should be using for a tank. the local walmart carries the attwood V500 bilge pump, and an A500 aerator pump. i'm thinking the aerator pump?

attwood also has this portable pump which takes 3 D batteries. since ive got rechargeable D's, i was wondering if this pump might also work? any ideas appreciated.
