Yes it does. I just installed my bullet type transducer in the belly of my scupper pro T/W. The manual that comes with the Eagle fish easy 2 addresses through the hull mounting. You can also download the pdf manual from the eagle electronics site if you don't have one.
I took mine out yesterday. Worked like a champ! The bullet type transducer actually worked out better for me in my scupper. I was able to make solid contact with the bottom of my yak without any air bubble problems. I used "marine goop" with excellent results. Remember to sand both the transducer and a 4 inch patch of your yak with medium grit sand paper. I also made a foam bumper guard to fit around the transducer to protect it from stowed fishing pole impacts. I made the guard out of boogie board foam, and attached it to my hull with 3M 77 adhesive.
