Re: Hey Jason, do you have any comments about the Over Tour Jacket? Only $20.00 more and maybe because it fits over the PFD,so you do not take off the PFD, it might be something to think about for the newbie as well.I heard alot about the blackrock jacket, but then I wanted something for my neck and a hood.
