I tried paddling an Ambush at one of those demo days and found it to be heavy and handles more like a boat than a kayak. If I were to get one, I would use it with a trolling motor. It weights 100 pounds. It was VERY stable, I stood on it without any problem and it has monstrous deck space. Again, I would not want to paddle that thing.
