Over the Memorial Day weekend, Dick Boranian, Chuck Hart, and myself fished from our kayaks off the southern coast of the Big Island, Hawaii. We hauled in a 50 lb. "ono" (wahoo), a 25 lb. "ahi" (yellow fin tuna), and a 12 lb. "uhu" (grey snapper). Photos appear on the first page of the "Photos" section of this website. The Scupper Pros used were excellent because they were fast enough to troll the lures where they operated properly, were stable enough to handle the fights, and capable of storing a 50 lb. fish in the front cargo space. An excellent weekend! Excellent kayaks! A fantastic sport!
