I live for Lawrys Tai Ginger sauce! Throw fillets into a ziplock bag filled with that Lawrys love for 20-30 minutes.......OH YEA!!!
With thick fillets (wsb, thresher, halibut,etc;) I like to cut the meat into hearty chunks - let marinade for about 30 min. I make kabobs using the marinated fish, whole mushrooms, bell pepper strips, cherry tomatoes and slices of sweet onion. Tasty!
