Ok here's the ticket on parking and Launching Arco Island or it's real map name RICHFIELD ISLAND and the pier is also Richfied Pier. Thomas Guide page 459 - 6-D . Off ramp is Seacliff , Make left turn at stop sign, 1/4 if that, you will go under the 101 then right turn go to end of road and park.
Launch is easy with help! Alone plan on taking every thing out. It's just a small down hill trail. 20 to 30 yards.the tricky part is the last few yards over rocks. to the beach. I put my yak in myself just side down over rock path. very easy. I hope this helps all you Kayak Fisherman out that never been there. One thing No bathrooms there!!. I think 'll make a call see they can put a bath room out there. Good Luck Fishing
