I've seen small aftermarket brackets on Cabela's or West Marine and costs anywhere from $150-300. I also have an ambush and recently put an electric trolling motor on it. I had to cut a small part of the motor bracket (on the clamp part) off to fit into the existing motor mount. Are you planning to bolt-on the outboard bracket? If I could afford it and had a way to attach a sturdy mount, I would have gone with a small 4-stroke.
