: I used to transport my Yak on top of a wrangler quite regularly. I would turn it upside down, so the sides lay on top of the roll bar and window frame. Tied down front to front bumper, and rear to spare tire, also tied down to roll bar. Use good tiedowns, you can put a towel between boat and front windowframe for padding if you want. Rollbar is padded on rear. I never went faster than about 60mph, and my distance was less than 10 miles. It can be done!!
