Newport Harbor 4th of July

I am planning on going out on the 4th early with a few buddies. As I'm sure 5million other boaters are too. I will be launching by the mouth and fishing either inside or outside near the boiler rocks south of the harbor. Sunday somebody told us that he saw a 40lb WSB taken that morning right down there. It's supposed to be a chilly 80 degrees out. I'll be launching around 5:30ish. If you happen to be out I am in my white Pro2 stop by and say hi.
