I paddle a pro2tandem from malibu ocean sports. I love this boat. I paddle from the center (no hatch). I also use it with my wife occasionally. I have it all set up for fishing, fishfinder, rod holders, bait tank, etc.. I fish lakes and ocean. Great boat. 13' long, 60 lb. Pretty easy for me to maneuver around by myself. I carry it on top of my truck and have no problem lifting it and fastening it down. I was surprised but this boat holds up pretty well as far as speed goes. I was paddling this past weekend and kept up pretty well with my buddy who was paddling the extreme. I haven't had much trouble with wind, and this boat holds a great line. As with all boats, go out and try as many as you can. Just the opinion from a satisfied tandem owner.
