I have caught fish with Rapalas, but I have caught alot more with 5.5" jointed Rebel Spoonbills and 5.5" Fastracks. They flat kill the cuda and the bass. They are a little on the light side for big 80-100+ lb threshers though. For small to medium weight fish they work great.
