These are the plan I found some time ago... check the link for a picture.

For the frame I like 3/4" PVC. Parts List: (4) tees, (1) 10' length of 3/4" PVC
(1) (36") 5/8" bar round stock (4) Washers (2) cotter pins. (2) Wheel barrel wheels. Total cost at Home Depot around $50. The Wheels are great for going through sand. I’ve seen people use smaller lawn mower wheels, but they don’t go through sand and up curbs as well. I glued all the horizontal joints w/ PVC cement. Simple, strong, and cheap. Drilling a hole in the axle (bar round stock) can be a bit of a pain. Use drilling oil and titanium drill bits... but a regular drill will do.

I'm trying to build a bike attachment now.
