Ted Tank - Recall

Dear Sirs, I am wondering if i have to make an appointment to get my Ted Tank fixed/refitted per the recall notice. Are the parts and labor covered under any kind of warranty? Also, I will need a loaner while mine is in the shop. Thank you very much.
