You may want to consider this inflatable. I have one that I used while my wife and I were living in an apartment. I was able to store it in my truck with not problem. I enjoyed it, fished from it, it tracks well (a little listy in a heavy wind).

Now I live in a house and just purchased a Wilderness Systems Tarpon 160, and have to tell you the difference is night and day. If you can get a plastic sit-on-top, that's the way to go. But if not, I'd recommend the Innova.
