I don't have an answer on this one. Since I know so little about this yak, if it were me, I'd contact Ocean Kayak and see what they say about it. Hopefully they've done some brain storming regarding the Drifter taking on too much water.
Is the water mostly coming up through the Scupper holes? Do you get a lot of splash from wind and swells too?
Let us know what you ended up doing and if it worked out for ya.
