Linda, I constructed my kayak cart out of PVC pipe and a steel rod as an axle, and used the wheels off of my golf pull cart. If you do not want to mess with the building of the cart, Sport Chalet sells the set up for about $100.00 It has been years since I priced them, and may be much cheaper than that now.
