I fish PV regularly in addition to Malibu, KH on occasion, and New Port Bay/ Laguna from time to time. I don't bother with the wall only because there are spots which are just as good if not better that are closer to shore up the line. I've been kayak fishing for about 3 years now but I have been fishing for 25+ years. I've accumulated a lot of local knowledge over the years, if you want to go sometime drop me an email.
