Well guys... the long lay off for me NOT being on the water is FINALLY Over and tomorrow I get to go fishing for the first time in what seems like MONTHS. Tomorrow Greg-O and I are heading out of Redondo brite and early to try and land something or other, or at the very least enjoy some time on the water, and hopefully DefJack will be along as well.
In the time I have NOT been fishing, Greg-O was super cool and built me a custom Nemo-Tank Bait tank for my Pro Explorer. It is terrific and fit like a glove right in the well behind the seat. Greg dropped the tank off along with my boat yesterday evening at our sunset beach store and I had to move it into the store and put it in our display rack because people keep looking at it and wanting to buy it.
Sample conversation - "HEY!!! Get away from there! That's MY boat. What? Oh, no. I'm sorry... it is not for sale. Pardon me? How much did you just offer me? It's tempting... but no thanks."
Anyhow, I feel like a kid the day before a vacation to Disney world, and I can't wait to try out the kick A** bait tank.
