My buddy just bought one. The dealer said it was impossible to tip it over, that you can stand up in it. We went out once in Alamitos Bay. The kayak was great and my buddy actually did the standing up trip. He is new to kayaking but the boat handled exceptionally well. If I hadn't just bought the Hobie Outback (I can outrace him when I peddle so all's not lost) I'd buy one.
