the stories out of this place are epic! even if you don't want to fish this lake, you should practice sounding off. you never know who might hear and what good might come of it. and if you've got no clue what to say, just copy mine and send it! PLEASE:)
: As a member of the fastest growing subsection in the fishing community, I and many like me are bewildered and wholly disappointed at your decision to exclude sit-on-tops from sharing this new facility. If the issue is water contact we can easily plug our scupper holes ( disallowing the entrance of water ), and from a stability / capsizing standpoint our vessels are far more stable than sit-ins. I have been a fisherman all of my life and have yet to find a more respectful and law abiding group of anglers than those found in the sit-on-top community. I respectfully ask that you reexamine your decision and allow us to also enjoy this wonderful new facility. Keep in mind the that there are many ways to limit water contamination via waders, etc.. I would be more than willing to demonstrate the integrity of my craft at any one of your stations if such held any promise of compromise. If the nature of the currently proposed restriction is different than that which i believe it to be, please advise me of the such. Thank you, very much.
