Mike,
I fished it by accident last August (before I had the gps), I have a Fish n Map with the coordinates: 34'01'38" N x 118'31'57" W. The map icludes: 10,000 tons quarry rock. Two rock piles, 13 acre site. It's really close to the lifeguard mooring buoy off Topanga State beach. It's aproximately 30' deep. I can't go out till Saturday.
I picked up the Fish n Maps from Walmart which have the coordinates for the reefs and other fishing spots. Last saturday my son and were on a private charter derby out of Channel Island Harbor. I brought my GPS and my Fish n Map to see where we were fishing and what the topography of the ocean bottom was. I was able to follow the boat course on the way out to Anacapa and calculate return trip time.

P.S. A small bat ray, 3' guitar fish and two broken off tug-o-wars.
