New Sportfishing Site out of San Diego

This is a new site run by a very resourceful(not a computer dude) guy who is really passionate about sportfishing. He use to work on the boats and still does every once in a while when he can squeeze it in between his regular day job schedule. I haven't fished with him but he seems extremely knowledgeable about the coastal and offshore fishing conditions down there.
