So what is different about this rig and a regular three way swivel? Except for the Rubber tubing that is... Does the brass really scare the trout that badly? And so you hook a weight to the inline swivel and then your 4'leader off of the "T" part of the swivel, Right?

Hmmm... May have to give this a shot also.
