I put together the regional forums for kayak fishing networking and basically whatever else someone wants to use them for (when it pertains to a specific region).
You can post your Newport area partner info on the Saltwater (or fresh depending....I assume salt) the West/Pacific regional forum, or both.
And of course this message board as well.
