: I use is at www.nbond.com , specifically made to work on plastic to plastic applications and is the longest lasting stuff I have found. I little bit more $, but worth it. Slow cure stuff is best. So far, no failures, except whe I used other products. TL Rhino

Rhino,

Sounds like a good thing so I checked out www.nbond.com and according to the excerpt below, it says NBond is permanent.... very permanent!!. When using this stuff, can you get the puck back off again in case it needs to be replaced, etc., or does it become part of the hull forever?

"PolyBond33 Adhesive (PB33) is a two part thermoset polymer adhesive designed for high-performance bonding. PB33 is formulated to cure at room temperature (75° F). To facilitate ease of use, PB33 has a 1 to 1 mix ratio by volume. PB33 readily develops a covalent bond with a strength of more than 1800 psi tensile shear and a T-peel of greater than 20 pli when fully cured and measured at 75° F.

Use PB33 on horizontal surfaces. The high strength bonds are remarkably adaptable to thermal change and are resistant to most chemicals including water, oil and organic solvents. Adhesion to most polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) substrates is excellent over a wide temperature range of -40° F to +325° F. Originally developed for use in the manufacture of plastic containers, it is acceptable for use in a wide variety of industrial applications where a strong, permanent bond is required. The open design of PB33 allows it to bond to various substrates such as wood, paper, foam, PVC, ABS and metal in addition to PP and PE."
