: Hey everyone, Would anyone like to meet to go out at Crystal Cove tomorrow morning around 6:00 I plan on going out at Reef Point. I went past there this afternoon and the surf was non existant and the reports are calling for no swell for the weekend.Jeff
Never got out in Crystal Cove surf still had some size to it 2-3 feet and the tide was extremely low so it was breaking shallow and Crystal Cove has a reef that comes all the way in to the shore so I did not get to launch I went to Newport and fished the boiler rocks instead the Calicos were out in force good day but am planning on going out of Newport maybe next Sunday really early (on the water by 5:30) and paddling down to Crystal Cove and fishing the reef point area. Anyone interested.
