Point Dume Yakfishing?

Traveller and I are thinking about hitting Point Dume on Saturday for rockfish before the closure. I've heard that it can be a difficult spot. I also heard that you need to know where to fish re;gps coordinates/landmarks,etc! Any info/feedback/advice would be greatly appreciated!Thanks,Piranha
