Yes I close my hatch over a bunch of wires, about four and there's no problem. The round thing is the gps mount. Unfortantely I lost the screw down and now the gps sits under the front strap. See the Garmin on the hatch? That's suppose to be infront of the fishfinder. I kinda like it on the hatch.
: Cool picture of the yellowtail and your Extreme. A couple of questions.1. Are you closing the hatch on your fish finder cables? And does that add a leakage point or does it still stay pretty dry.2. What is the round thing in front of your fish finder mount?Kevin
