Leopard shark question!

Location: laguna beach, CA

Hey,
I have a question for you all. I am lookin to catch some leopard sharks preferrably in oc and need to know where is a good place to fish for them and what is the best bait. If you guys have any secrets or special techniques, any and all help will be greatly appriciated!
