I guess it all just boils down to what you really like. I have a Pro2Tandem and love it! So far I have 10 solo and 2 tandem fishing trips on it as well as 5 trips out with the kids(I fit 4 of us on it.)
Having to use the factory tank would definetly be a minus since you lose the storage capacity. I have a 5 gallon bait bucket that I can rig on the bow or the stern.
For your usage though I would probably get the Extreme, and then get a used Frezy or Scrambler($150-$250.)
