Jerry has several expenses he needs to cover in order to put something like this together. This year, some of his proceeds are going to worthy cause. Unless I'm mistaken, besides the goodie bag, I believe a tournament shirt is also included. Last year he had several placement prizes. I heard on the radio that someone had already caught a nice size halibut. I was catching plenty of sand bass and short halibut but nothing over a few pounds. I released everything and found out later that sandbass were taking 3rd - 7th places.
You have a good chance to win some nice stuff but like Jerry says, there are no guarantees.
