Does you think your current setup with deluxe hard clips on right and sofloc clips on left is best or just use soflocs all the way around? After looking at website it looks like the paddle will "snap" into the soflocs for temporary use then allow you to clip them in when needed.
Just went out for a little while and actually surfed the pro explorer. Had a blast! Rides straight in and doesnt seem to have any tendency to bury the nose. Almost seems to begin to plane. Didnt have thigh straps and dumped it once but had no real problems. Did get some water inside so will leak test all the fittings and rod holders to see if that can be reduced.
Ive have seen the retractable gear clips in dive shops and will try them. They work well for diving I know.
