Who's fishing for reds in North Carolina?

Just moved up to North Carolina from Florida. I don't think there's so called "flats" fishing up here, but I am confident there are reds lurking in some brackish water somewhere!

If there's anyone out there that wants to hunt down some reds from a kayak, let me know. We'll do a map recon of the area, interview a few locals, and find those reds!
